PURPOSE: A rotary shaft decoupling-type vehicle wheel driving device is provided to prevent the damage of the rotor or stator of a main driving unit through preventing the vibration of impact transferred from the outside of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft decoupling-type vehicle wheel driving device comprises a main driving unit(40) and a sub-driving unit(50). The main driving unit rotates a first rotary shaft(S1) through the interaction of a stator(20) and a rotor(10). A rotor and a main magnet(33a) are coupled with the first rotary shaft. The sub-driving unit keep the space between a sub-magnet and a main magnet and drives a vehicle wheel through rotating a second rotary shaft(S2). The sub-magnet is coupled with the second rotary shaft.
