Production of transgenic cymbidium plants via co-transformation system with multiple plasmids

PURPOSE: A method for producing Cymbidium transgenic plant by co-transformation is provided to establish a system to simultaneously introduce several genes. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Cymbidium transgenic plant containing various genes using a particle bombardment comprises: a step of mixing various plasmids in predetermined concentration in case of preparing gold-particles; and a step of transforming the plasmids into Cymbidium protocorn. The particle bombardment is used at a distance of 6cm to a target and at 1,350 psi of helium gas pressure.
