PURPOSE: An event information generating device in an intelligent monitoring system and a method thereof, and an event information search device and a method thereof are provided to search event information using event related information in an event monitoring image. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent image recognizing block(202) detects event generation from an obtained monitoring image. The intelligent image recognizing block extracts event information. An encoding block(204) encodes the monitoring image. An event information generating block(206) generates event related information from the extracted event information. A frame parser(210) parses the encoded monitoring image. The frame parser inserts the generated event information to a bit stream. The frame parser generates an event monitoring image.
