PURPOSE: A wireless recognition method of a recognition terminal is provided to effectively allocate energy to data transmission and channel sensing in resource restricted states by analyzing sub-channel states. CONSTITUTION: A recognition terminal determines sensing sub channel numbers by allocating energy to band spectrum sensing(300). The recognition terminal selects available sub-channels by analyzing the channel state of the sensing sub channel(310). The recognition terminal allocates energy to data transmission in order to maximize data transmission rates through the selected sub-channel(320).
