Functional polyolefin staple fiber and method for fabricating the same and non-woven using thereof

PURPOSE: A functional polyolefin-based filament and a non-woven fabric using the same are provided to suppress electrostatic generation of polypropylene. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating functional polyolefin filament comprises: a step of mixing and melting a carrier resin containing zinc oxide and polyolefin resins; a step of spinning the melted material at 250°C for about 30-50 m/min; a step of drawing the spun undrawn yarn at 50-80°C in a drawing ratio of 1.5:2; a step of crimping the filament; a step of spraying spinning emulsion liquid resin; and a step of fixing the filament by heat and cutting in a predetermined length.
