PURPOSE: A power train for a forklift truck and heavy equipment is provided to offer a torque increase effect over five times while satisfying driving condition of a poly phase torque converter by variously mixing the structure of a gear train. CONSTITUTION: A casing(10) comprises an internal space for turbine installation. An impeller(12) is interconnected with the casing while being opposite to the casing. A turbine is faced with a blade of the impeller within the casing. A first gear train(100) is connected to the end of a first output shaft. A second gear train is connected to the end of a second output shaft. The second gear train receives an output of a driving reactor and transfers a double output to the first gear train. An intermediate gear train transfers power of the first output shaft and the second gear train to the first gear train. A front clutch transfers moving forward power to a final output shaft. A rear clutch(34) transfers moving backward power to the final output shaft.
