<p>The pulley has a rim with a driving stop i.e. stop-pin (42), having a face (47) cooperating with an end region (12) of a torsion spring e.g. conical or helical spring, to drive the spring along a closing up direction in a direction of relative rotation of the rim and a bell (3). The bell includes a bell stop (37) whose angular position defines a given maximum value for the travel of the end region of the spring driven in the closing up direction by the driving stop. A cylindrical shaped annular support part i.e. ring, is centered on the bell.</p> |
