Composition for donor cell cultivation comprising porcine follicular fluid and method for producing of cloned animals

PURPOSE: A composition containing porcine follicular fluid and a method for producing cloned animal are provided to reduce apoptosis of donor cells and to remarkably enhance productivity of cloned animals. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing nuclear transfer embryo of animals except for human comprises: a step of enucleation, injecting donor cell, and fusing the cells, and activating fused oocytes; and a step of culturing the oocytes in a composition containing porcine follicular fluid. The composition additionally contains 1-5% FBS. The animal is a pig.
