<p>PURPOSE: A bottom chassis for a tablet type mobile display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain good rigidity and a slim structure by alloy or condition control. CONSTITUTION: A bottom chassis(130) receives a backlight unit of a tablet type mobile display and a panel unit. The tablet type mobile display has a backlight unit(120). The panel unit has a touch input unit and a planar image display unit. The backlight unit irradiates planar light onto the panel unit. The bottom chassis includes 0.3 weight% or less of silicon, 0.4 weight% or less of iron, 0.1 weight% or less of copper, 0.15~0.2weight% of manganese, 2.5~3.5 weight of magnesium, 0.15~0.35weigth% of chrome, 0.1weight% of zinc, and the other percentage of aluminum alloy which is made of aluminum and inevitable impurities. The bottom chassis has 0.2±0.05mm thickness. The bottom chassis has 240 N/mm2 or higher of tensile strength and 80 or higher of Brinell hardness.</p> |
