AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING MODULE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE: An automation equipment for an automobile module assembly is provided to gather efficient production structure through the stable assembly of an automobile module and bolts by a robot. CONSTITUTION: An automation equipment for automobile modules assembly comprises a rail part, a turn table(70), an articulated robot part, a support frame, a horizontal transfer part, a lifting body, a pressure alignment part, a side locking part(80). The rail part is located along a moving line for guiding the moving of a skid(90). The turn table is connected to the rail part. The articulated robot part comprises a plurality of joints and a fastening unit for fastening automobile modules. The lifting body elevates automobile modules by clamping selectively. The pressure alignment part is connected to the lifting body and aligns the automobile modules and clamping tools in set position. The side locking part is lifted and moved along the determined route by horizontal transfer unit(82) and a lifting unit(81) for supporting rotation members comprised in the both sides of an automobile.
