PURPOSE: A plate glass embossed carving method is provided to facilitate embossed carving by bonding screen-printingand powder using paste. CONSTITUTION: A plate glass embossed carving method comprises the following steps: screen-printing one of pastes(16) from organic pigment, inorganic pigment, UV-curable pigment, glass pigment, and ceramic pigment on a plate glass(10); spreading powder(18) in front side of the screen-printed plate glass; eliminating the powder from the plate glass on which the paste is not printed; drying and heat treating the paste; and bonding the powder on the paste and bonding the paste on the plate glass. The powder includes at least one of the following: gold, silver, copper, zinc, muscovitum, tin, aluminum, shell, pearl, and glass. |
