PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) SIM(Subscriber Identification Module) card is provided to offer stable communication by securing a stable and integrity communication section. CONSTITUTION: A loop antenna is installed at an inside SIM card. An ISO14443 PICC(Proximity Integrated Circuit Card) circuit, module, and chip are embedded in a COB(Chip On Board) of the SIM card. When 13.56Mhz carrier frequency transmitted by a PCD(Proximity Card Device) is detected through a loop coil, external power supplied to the ISO7816 SIM COB is controlled by a switch circuit. A PICC(Proximity Integrated Circuit Card) is operated in a dynamic mode.
