<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable light-emitting device with fewer defects. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element exhibiting a red color, a light-emitting element exhibiting a green color, a light-emitting element exhibiting a blue color, and partition walls for partitioning the light-emitting elements. Each light-emitting element includes a first electrode, a first layer, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. A top surface of the first layer and a top surface of the partition wall are both flat.
