<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an article having a fine relief structure on a surface thereof, which is capable of suppressing transfer of a surface defect which occurs on a surface of a mold when manufacturing an article having a fine relief structure formed on a surface thereof is terminated, to the surface of the article when manufacturing the article is restarted. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an article having a fine relief structure on a surface thereof includes: a step (I) of holding and hardening a first curable resin composition 39 between a roll-like mold 20 having a fine relief structure on a surface thereof and a film 42 to form a hardened resin layer 44 to which the fine relief structure has been transferred, on a surface of the film 42, thereby obtaining an article 40; a step (II) of holding and hardening a second curable resin composition 38 containing an internal release agent between a roll-like mold 20 and the film 42 to form a hardened resin layer 44 on the surface of the film 42; and a step (III) of holding and hardening the first curable resin composition 39 or a third curable resin composition between the roll-like mold 20 and the film 42 to obtain the article 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
