<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device, in which a webbing belt can be simply attached at a pelvis position corresponding to a pelvis near a waist part or at its neighborhood. <P>SOLUTION: In the seat belt device 290, a lap webbing 78 of the webbing belt 292 is laid around a body of an occupant 74 near a thigh and a knee of the occupant 74 in a state that the tip of the webbing belt 292 locked to an anchor plate 358 and a buckle 72 are moved to front end side of the seat 40. When a tongue 70 is locked to the buckle 72 in the state, an anchor 30 and the buckle 72 are moved to a rear side of the seat 40. At this time, the lap webbing 78 is moved toward a position corresponding to the pelvis of the occupant 74 (pelvis position) in a state that it is brought into contact with the thigh and the knee.
