<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-insulated electrical apparatus which relaxes the restriction of the width of a gap in a metal exposed part when providing the metal exposed part in a central conductor and maintaining a dielectric breakdown voltage in second and subsequent operations in an initial state, and in which the metal exposed part is easily formed and shall not be a discharge starting point when using a thin dielectric coating film. <P>SOLUTION: The gas-insulated electrical apparatus is composed of a metal vessel 11 in which an insulation gas 13 is filled and a central conductor 12 which is a high-voltage conductor accommodated in the metal vessel 11. A dielectric coating film 16 is applied on the surface of metal of the central conductor 12 for enhancing breakdown voltage performance. Furthermore, recesses (grooves) 18 of which the cross section is rectangle are provided at regular intervals (not necessary to be at equal intervals) in a manner surrounding the outer peripheral surface perpendicular to a central axis of the central conductor 12 in a ring shape. A metal exposed part 17 is formed on the bottom face and the side face of the recess 18 so that the surface of the metal of the central conductor 12 is exposed to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
