<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cycle time in assembling a cowl louver body and a cover by preventing deformation in the cowl louver body and the cover even if they are molded with resin almost at the same time and assembled before they are cooled. <P>SOLUTION: The cowl louver includes a resin cowl louver body 10, and a resin cover 20 covering an opening for maintenance formed on the cowl louver body.
