<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an excellent decorative effect or aesthetic effect, and forgery prevention effect without using a printing layer in a display body changing a pattern and characters according to a viewing angle. <P>SOLUTION: A display body according to a claim 1 as a means for solving the problem, is formed by superposing a lens sheet in which unit lenses are disposed in two-dimensionally, superposed on a display sheet, and includes a pattern that is changingly viewed according to an observing direction. In the display body, the display sheet includes a rugged structure layer, and a reflecting layer thereon. The display sheet is bonded with the lens sheet by an adhesive layer.
