<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate inspection, by restraining a space of a place for arranging a base isolation deice from becoming restriction. <P>SOLUTION: Mark bodies 22 and 23 having a horizontal part 20 extending in the horizontal direction and a vertical part 21 extending in the vertical direction, are respectively arranged on an upper end plate 11 fixed to an upper structure and a lower end plate 12 fixed to a lower structure so that these horizontal part and vertical part turn outside in the radial direction, the mark bodies respectively and separately arranged on the upper end plate and the lower end plate and making a pair vertically are integrally imaged, a two-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system is determined by specifying the horizontal part and the vertical part of the mark bodies on provided imaging data 30, and the deformation of an elastic body 13 is inspected by measuring respective distances in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the pair of mutual upper-lower mark bodies based on the ratio of an actual dimension of the mark bodies to the picture element number occupied by the mark bodies on the imaging data and the respective picture element numbers in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction between the pair of mutual upper-lower mark bodies on the imaging data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
