<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform unlocking of a coil spring type one-way clutch operated by a string-like member. <P>SOLUTION: An operation member for operating the string-like member in a pulling direction is connected to one end side of an arm, a bent part with a changeable bending angle is formed at an intermediate part of the arm and a bent part formed from the one-way clutch is formed on the other side of the arm. When a pull force is applied to the another end part of a coil spring of the one-way clutch, the coil spring is relaxed and the clutch is unlocked. The bent part of the intermediate part of the arm includes a string-like member guiding implement having a guiding part which is positioned on a bent rotation center axis line (L) or in the vicinity thereof and movably supports the string-like member connected to the operation member.
