<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engineering device capable of reducing engineering work in a plant monitoring control system. <P>SOLUTION: An engineering device 3 is for performing engineering work in a monitoring control system 2 for monitoring or controlling a plant 1.
