<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold which improves fluidity of a molten resin in injection molding with a multi-cavity mold and allows simultaneous molding of large-capacity injection moldings with a multi-cavity mold without variation between cavities. <P>SOLUTION: In a fixed mold 2, there are disposed manifold 10 branching an injection resin into two or more of resin passages 14 and two or more of hot runner nozzles 11 arranged at the ends of the resin passages 14 of the disposed manifold 10. In a movable mold 3, there are disposed two or more of runners 25 connecting the front ends of the hot runner nozzles 11 with the cavities 24, ejector pins 19 arranged at positions opposite to the hot runner nozzles 11 in the runners 25 and being slidable in the mold-opening-and-closing direction between the fixed mold 2 and the movable mold 3 and slag receiving parts 26 arranged at sites opposite to the hot runner nozzles 11 in ejector pin holes 23 to be inserted with the ejector pins 19 and receiving cold slag of the hot runner nozzles 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
