<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform television broadcast distribution and data communication to each terminal device while simplifying wiring. <P>SOLUTION: Coded modulation of communication data input from a communication data input part 452 into communication wave is performed, and the coded modulated communication wave is mixed with television broadcast wave and transmitted to one communication cable. In terminal devices 3, 4, the communication wave and television broadcast wave are frequency-divided and the frequency-divided communication wave is demodulated into communication data, while broadcast wave of a television broadcasting station selected by a user is received from the frequency-divided television broadcast wave, and output as television video.
