Provided is an image processing device comprising: a feature value computation unit (2501) which computes a first feature value of each pixel of a stained specimen image; a configuration proportion computation unit (2503) which computes, on the basis of the computation result, a configuration proportion of each configuration element in a subject pixel; a reference value storage unit (233) which stores a reference value of a second feature value of the configuration element; a configuration element compensation coefficient computation unit (2509) which computes a configuration element compensation coefficient on the basis of the second feature value of each configuration element and the reference value; a subject pixel compensation coefficient computation unit (2511) which computes a subject pixel compensation coefficient on the basis of the computed configuration proportion and the computed configuration element compensation coefficient; and a feature value compensation unit (2513) which compensates the second feature value of the subject pixel on the basis of the computed result.
