<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing aseptic packaged food product which produces the aseptic packaged food product having high reliability and safety, while retaining an aseptic condition in a sterilizer and an aseptic condition in a clean environment, and to provide the aseptic packaged food product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the aseptic packaged food product includes storing and sterilizing a container 22 filled with a solid food raw material and having an opening part 21, in the sterilizer 5 connected with a clean environment 1 or arranged in a clean environment inlet 2 and including a pressure resistant container equipped with a steam discharging nozzle 3 and an exhaust outlet 4 for steam/air/condensed water, and sealing the opening part 21 of the sterilized container 22 filled with a solid food raw material with a sealing device 8 at least connected to the clean environment 1 or arranged in a clean environment outlet 7 so as to produce the aseptic packaged food product while retaining the aseptic condition in the sterilizer 5 and the aseptic condition in the clean environment 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
