<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker grill assembly which is capable of securing rigidity and strength and is excellent in design, and a speaker device provided with it. <P>SOLUTION: A speaker grill assembly 1 includes a speaker grill 2 where a plurality of holes are formed, and a frame body 3 for covering the peripheral edge of the speaker grill. The frame body includes a peripheral edge frame part 3A and a bridge part 3B for bridging over the peripheral edge frame part, and the bridge part is provided with a design part 3C. The design part can be provided with a light source 4.
