<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact detection sensor which detects that a flexible body contacts by comparing with a non-flexible body, with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A contact detection sensor 11 comprises a conductive cloth 12, an insulation spacer 13 having a large number of opening portions 22, and a conductive sheet 14 made from a sheet-shaped conductor. The insulation spacer 13 is interposed between the conductive cloth 12 and the conductive sheet 14. When a flexible body 25 such as a human body contacts with the conductive cloth 12 with a predetermined force or stronger, the insulation spacer 13 is sunk into the flexible body 25 through the conductive cloth 12. The conductive cloth 12 changes a shape along an insulation piece of the insulation spacer 13, and the contact of the flexible body 25 is detected when a part of the conductive cloth 12 contacts with the conductive sheet 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
