<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static pressure fluid bearing device by which a fluid film having a thickness necessary for maintaining bearing rigidity can be formed by suppressing the lowering of the pressure of a static pressure pocket with respect to a disturbance load applied to a static pressure bearing, and the stable bearing rigidity can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: This static pressure fluid bearing device includes: the static pressure pocket 11 formed at a bearing face; a fluid supply means P which supplies a pressurized fluid to the static pressure pocket 11; a fluid supply passage 13 which forms a passage of the fluid reaching the static pressure pocket 11 from the fluid supply means P; a supply-side throttling means 40 arranged in the middle of the fluid supply passage 13; a fluid discharge passage 15 which forms a passage of the fluid reaching a drain 23 from the static pressure pocket 11; and a discharge-side throttling means 60 arranged in the middle of the fluid discharge passage 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
