<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust a gel time when producing a grout by curing a water glass. <P>SOLUTION: A grout production device is provided with: an injection tube 3b in which a hardening agent discharged from a hardening agent storage tank 2b is injected; a water tube 3c into which the adjusting water discharged from a water storage tank 2c is injected, wherein one closed end side of the tube is inserted in the injection tube 3b to be connected thereto; a hydraulic control pump 8 for controlling the hydraulic pressure of the adjusting water flowing through the water tube 3c; a valve 10 which freely openably controls one or more ejecting holes 42, wherein the ejection holes 42 are formed on the peripheral wall of the water tube 3c inserted in the injection tube 3b, are previously closed with a rubber-made annular plugs 41 which are fitted in the water tube 3c, and are opened by removing the annular plugs 41 thus closing the ejecting holes 42 according to water pressure of the adjusting water flowing in the water tube 3c; an injection pump 4b for injecting in the injection tube 3b, the hardening agent in which the adjusting water passed through the ejecting holes 42 in the valve 10 is mixed therewith; and a mixer for mixing the hardening agent and water glass discharged from a water glass storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
