<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit that can more precisely compensate a gain variation of an analog circuit due to a temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit includes: a temperature acquisition section 11 for acquiring an ambient atmospheric temperature of an analog circuit section 20; a temperature compensation data storage section 12 storing temperature compensation data compensating a gain variation of the analog circuit section 20 with a changing atmospheric temperature; an individual difference compensation data storage section 13 storing individual difference compensation data compensating an individual difference in the gain variation of the analog circuit section 20 with the changing atmospheric temperature; and a compensation section 14 for outputting a signal compensating a variation due to a temperature change in the level of an output signal of the analog circuit section 20 based on the temperature compensation data and individual difference compensation data corresponding to the atmospheric temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition section 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
