<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress yield reduction during manufacturing solar cells. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes the following process. A solar cell 1, in which connection electrodes 11 are disposed on one surface, and a wiring material 41, which has a core material 42 and a conductive layer 43 enclosing the core material 42 and having a thickness larger than a thickness of each connection electrode 11, are prepared.
