<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a head member (23) fixed to a cylinder (22) by being fastened with a bolt from swelling out into a cylinder chamber (25). <P>SOLUTION: A scroll compressor includes: a piston (21) rotatably driven by a driving shaft (13); a cylinder (22) in which the cylinder chamber (25) for housing the piston (21) is formed, and a bolt hole (22a) to which the bolt (45) is fastened is formed in an axial direction; and the head member (23) in which the through-hole (23f) formed so as to cover the opening end of the cylinder (22) in the axial direction and located coaxially with the bolt hole (22a). In the compressor, a cylindrical sleeve (27) is also provided which extends to both ends of a through-hole (23f) in an axial direction and is inwardly fitted into the through-hole (23f), and which is formed of an inserting hole (27a) through which the bolt (45) is inserted inside thereof.
