<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching device capable of suppressing the accumulation of the extension and contraction of movable girders by temperature change for the plurality of movable girders and securing the smooth travel of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A connection mechanism 50 includes: a connection shaft part 51 which is fixed to a carriage device 20d; and a shaft holding part 52 to which the distal end of the connection shaft part 51 is made to pass through so as to be turned and moved straight, and which is fixed to a movable girder 10e. Thus, when the movable girder 10e is extended or contracted by the temperature change, by the straight movement of the connection shaft part 51 inside a slide groove of the shaft holding part 52, the extension and contraction of the movable girder 10e are absorbed. Since the respective movable girders are supported similarly, the accumulation of the extension and contraction of the plurality of movable girders is suppressed, and an expansion gap between the last end movable girder and a rear end side fixed girder is set to be small. Thus, since a level difference when a vehicle travels is reduced, the impact of the vehicle when passing through the level difference is suppressed, and the smooth travel of the vehicle is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
