<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable set for gargling, hand-washing, and eating emergency food outside the home. <P>SOLUTION: Water, medicated hand soap, mouthwash, and hardtack are put in a small packet respectively, and the small packets are bundled with Sellotape (R), making a set for portable use. A hand is washed with the medicated hand soap, which is then rinsed off with the water, gargling is done with the mouthwash, and the hardtack is eaten in a sanitary manner as needed.
