[Problem] To provide a liquid repellent exhibiting good dispersiveness in matrix resins, excellent liquid repelling properties, and maintaining said liquid repelling properties, even after development, and a photo-sensitive composition containing the liquid repellent. [Solution] A fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer and a photo-sensitive composition containing the same, said fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer being obtained by polymerizing monomer (A), monomer (B), and monomer (C) in the presence of polymerization initiator (D), said polymer initiator (D) being present in an amount of 5-200 mol% relative to the number of moles of said monomer (A). Monomer (A) has at least two radically polymerizable double bonds per molecule, monomer (B) has a fluoroalkyl group and at least one radically polymerizable double bond per molecule, and monomer (C) has a phenol site and at least one radically polymerizable double bond per molecule.
