<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device that makes it possible to be small, light weight, and low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes: a first circuit board 24 on which multiple first terminal parts 28 are provided; a high frequency circuit 36 mounted on the first circuit board 24 and connected to at least one of the multiple first terminal parts 28; a second circuit board on which multiple second terminal parts facing the multiple first terminal parts 28 are provided; a first internal circuit mounted on the second circuit board and connected to at least one of the multiple second terminal parts; and conducting means for electrically connecting the multiple first terminal parts 28 and the multiple second terminal parts. At least two consecutive terminals including a terminal connected to the high frequency circuit 36 of at least one side among the multiple first terminal parts 28 and the multiple second terminal parts are connected via a capacitor 68.
