<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for laminated glass, which is capable of providing laminated glass having excellent heat shielding properties and enables the laminated glass to maintain the excellent heat shielding properties for a long period of time; and laminated glass using the intermediate film for laminated glass. <P>SOLUTION: The intermediate film 1 for laminated glass includes a heat shielding layer 2 and an ultraviolet shielding layer 3. The heat shielding layer 2 contains a thermoplastic resin, heat shielding particles, and at least one kind of component selected from phthalocyanine compounds, naphthalocyanine compounds and anthracyanine compounds. The ultraviolet shielding layer 3 contains a thermoplastic resin and an ultraviolet shielding agent. The laminated glass includes first and second laminated glass-constituting members, and an intermediate film sandwiched between the first and second laminated glass-constituting members.
