<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve operability of angle adjustment of two axes and miniaturization in good balance. <P>SOLUTION: An angle adjustment device 10 includes: a reference plate 11; a tilt adjusting plate 20 to be rotated around a first axis O1 of a scanning direction passing the center of a direction orthogonal to the scanning direction on a CCD element plane; a tilt adjustment mechanism 21 mounted on the title adjusting plate 20 to rotate the title adjusting plate 20; a rotation adjusting plate 30 to be rotated around a second axis O2 parallel with a normal direction to the CCD element plane; and a rotation adjustment mechanism 31 mounted on the rotation adjusting plate 30 to rotate the rotation adjusting plate 30. In the angle adjustment device 10, the title adjusting plate 20 is fixed on a camera body 5 and supported so as to be rotated on the rotation adjusting plate 30, the rotation adjusting plate 30 is fixed on the reference plate 11, and respective plates 11, 20, 30 are superposedly arranged in the order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
