<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire production management system for collecting and managing data about tire molding by controlling each molding facility in each tire molding step, and provide a method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A tire production management system 10 in the invention comprises: a PLC 20 that issues a member ID to each member in a step for preparing members for tires and collects measurement data of each member corresponding to the member ID when the member is set in a molding drum; and a tire molding management unit 40 that, with respect to each of the tires, acquires the measurement data of each member corresponding to the member ID, which is collected by the PLC 20, issues a tire unique ID to each of the tires, and manages the measurement data of each member used to mold the tire upon associating the measurement data with the tire unique ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
