DOSAGE FORM CONTAINING PROTON PUMP INHIBITOR, NSAID, AND BUFFER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful forms by which many known effects of a non-steroid base antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) can be obtained without a patient experiencing harmful side-effect because there is a side-effect where gastrointestinal bleeding may be caused in many patient needing to undergo aspirin therapy for a long period although the aspirin is the NSAID whose therapeutic characteristic is well known.

SOLUTION: The non enteric coating dosage form contains (a) granule containing a proton pump inhibitor not subjected to enteric coating, a water-insoluble buffer raising pH of 50 ml of gastric juice to 7 or more within 20 min, and (c) granule containing the non-steroid base antiinflammatory drug, does not contain the enteric coating, and contains granules of (a) and (b) in a compressed shape, It is preferable that the non-steroid base antiinflammatory drug is the aspirin and the proton pump inhibitor is lansoprazole.
