The invention concerns an equipment for loading initial blocks to be pressed in a die assembled on forging presses. It comprises a turning feed plate (11) provided with a multiplicity of imprints (18) angularly spaced around its rotation axis (X) and it is controlled to rotate step by step intermittently of an angle corresponding to the distance between every two consecutive imprints, and a translating arm (12) which is guided horizontally and it is susceptible only to move forward and back rectilinearly between a pick-up position of each individual initial block from an imprint of said feed plate and the die on the forging press. |
