<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system which prevents store users from visiting a store concentrically in a certain time by dispersing store visit times of the store users. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a server installed on the general Internet, a mobile phone or mobile terminal for store staff, and a mobile phone or mobile terminal for store user, and achieves real-time information exchange. The system allows a store user to refer any time to a store state that a store staff registers and updates on the server on the Internet, and to make a reservation or wait.
