<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the buckle from being misused when an occupant mounts the webbing, and can also ensure occupant restraint performance by maintaining a distance (pitch) between the connection position of a center seat buckle and the connection position of center seat belt webbing to an anchor for a vehicle body or a seat according to a regulation. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed webbing 20 for a center seat that connects a center seat buckle 22 to an anchor 14 is connected to the anchor 14 at an outer position in a vehicle width direction from a fixed webbing 16 for an outer seat that connects an outer seat buckle 18 to the anchor 14.
