<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic fiber-wound tape that can easily be stored and conveyed, can remarkably improve workability, and is produced by winding an organic tape on a cylindrical core material; and to provide a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The organic fiber-wound tape is characterized in that the organic fiber tape width (W) determined from formula (I) is in a range of 5 to 100 mm; the minimal diameter (D) of the cylindrical core material wound with the organic fiber tape having the width (W) in the range of 5 to 100 mm is determined from formula (II): 2.5×10<SP POS="POST">-5</SP>×N×d≤W≤2.5×10<SP POS="POST">-4</SP>×N×d (I), (wherein, W is the width of the organic fiber tape; N is the number of the organic fibers constituting the organic fiber tape, capable of giving the width (W) in the range of 5 to 100 mm; d is the diameter of the organic fiber in a range of 5 to 20 μm); and 1.0×F×t≤D (II), (wherein, F is the amount of the carbon fibers in a range of 20 to 60 mass%; t is the thickness of the organic fiber tape in a range of 0.1 to 1.0 mm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
