<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint opening dimension restriction device and a joint opening dimension restriction method, for keeping a cut-off performance and curve accuracy by limiting the opening too much of a joint of a propulsive pipe even when excavating a steep curve, eliminating quality defects by reducing damages generated on a propulsive pipe body, reducing post-processes after construction is completed and improving economical efficiency and workability. <P>SOLUTION: In the joint opening dimension restriction device of restricting the joint opening dimension between propulsive pipes in a jacking method of connecting a plurality of continuous propulsive pipes 100 to the rear part of an excavator, pressurizing the backmost propulsive pipe positioned inside a departure shaft and successively executing excavation, the propulsive pipe 100 includes a plurality of injection holes 200 for injecting a lubricant or grout in the circumferential direction, fixing plugs 210, 220 are attached to the injection holes 200, and oblong holes 306 formed on end plates 304 on both sides of a length-adjustable pipe connecting member 300 are slidably fixed to the fixing plugs 210, 220 of the different propulsive pipes 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
