<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflection mirror in which dark portion formed in a mountain part of a retroreflection element is made to be a special shape so that the design of appearance is improved and a manufacturing method of the mirror. <P>SOLUTION: In a retroreflection mirror 3 in which multiple retroreflection elements 31 are arranged, the curvature radius rm of a mountain part 31m of the retroreflection elements 31 is made larger than the curvature radius rv of a valley part 31v.
