<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film suitable as a substrate film whose dimensional change in each process can be made small and which exhibits a low curling and is excellent in processing aptitude when used particularly as a substrate film for flexible devices. <P>SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyester film has a sea-island structure composed of at least a polyethylene naphthalate (resin A) and a resin B, wherein the average dispersion diameter of the island portion is 30 to 500 nm, and the thermal expansion coefficient (50 to 150°C) at least in one direction of the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the film is 0 to 20 ppm/°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
