<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core for a rotary electric machine which can disperse and ease up the stress generated at caulking parts which are included in multiple caulking parts provided on core plate pieces and are adjacent to joints of other layers of core plates, thereby improving rotation strength. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor core for a rotary electric machine is composed of multiple laminated annularly-shaped core plates. Each layer of the core plates is formed by connecting arc-shaped core plate pieces 3, and the positions of joints D<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and D<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of the connected core plate pieces 3 in circumferential direction are configured to be alternately different in each of the core plates overlapping in the lamination direction. Each of the core plate pieces 3 is equipped with multiple caulking parts 10<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-10<SB POS="POST">8</SB>for caulking to other layers of the core plate pieces 3, and in a vicinity of the caulking parts 10<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and 10<SB POS="POST">5</SB>which are included in the caulking parts 10<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-10<SB POS="POST">8</SB>and are adjacent to the joints D<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of other layers of the core plates, hole parts 15 are formed to disperse the stress generated at the caulking parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
