摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which fixation to a definite shape of a structured aperture causes a depth range or the like capable of being measured for a scene to be fixed. <P>SOLUTION: A device for acquiring distance information comprises: light receiving elements for separating an incident subject beam of light into a plurality of wavelength ranges and detecting the beam; an optical system for guiding the subject beam of light to the light receiving elements; and a structured aperture placed in the optical system and including in a flat surface at least three filter areas intersecting an optical axis of the optical system. The at least three filter areas respectively transmit wavelength ranges different from each other included in one of the plurality of wavelength ranges.
