<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus that exchanges atmosphere in a case thereof for outside air and is capable of easily determining the presence or absence of radiation contamination inside the treatment apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 comprises treatment means 11 for performing treatment according to an input operation, a case 21, a suction port 22 formed in the case 21, and an exhaust port 23 formed in the case 21. A voltage generator 1, which is the treatment apparatus 1, cools the inside thereof by ventilation. The voltage generator 1 has a first filter 51 that covers the exhaust port 23 and is detachably attached to the case 21.
